In the secretly taped video, smuggled out of the White House and leaked to The Minority Report, President Barack Obama explains his economic system in full detail.
No one knows, for sure, if the president will ultimately include this portion in his much anticipated Jobs speech Thursday night, but sources close to the White House confirm that this new direction or pivot, by the president, actually telling the American people the truth about his economic system will garner support for his plan.
Transcript:
My Fellow Americans. The real problem with my economic system is that the folks who are getting free stuff don’t like the folks who are paying for the free stuff, because the folks who are paying for the free stuff, can no longer afford to pay for both the free stuff and their own stuff, and the folks who are paying for the free stuff want the free stuff to stop, and the folks who are getting the free stuff, want even MORE free stuff on top of the free stuff they’re already getting!
Now….. The people who are forcing the people who PAY for the free stuff have told the people who are RECEIVING the free stuff that the people who are PAYING for the free stuff are being mean, prejudiced, and racist.
So …. the people who are GETTING the free stuff have been convinced they need to HATE the people who are PAYING for the free stuff by the people who are forcing the people who are PAYING for the free stuff and GIVING them the free stuff in the first place.

An assistant football coach is supposedly fired because he co-wrote this song and sent ot out to family, friends and parents of the players. IT does seem that this song was a big part of the firing, but the school says something to the contrary. I tend to believe Bryan Glover, in this PC world where teachers are teaching kids to praise the WON.
Any way you put it, this is a pretty good song:
This is truly unbelievable – President Obama said today: “But as I’ve said, in the long run, we can’t continue to spend as if deficits don’t have consequences; as if waste doesn’t matter; as if the hard-earned tax dollars of the American people can be treated like Monopoly money.”

When my administration walked through the door, the country faced a growing economic downturn as well as a deepening fiscal hole. Washington had passed massive tax cuts for the wealthy (producers) and an expensive new entitlement program without paying for any of it. Health care costs continued to rise, year after year. And little effort was made to cut wasteful spending. As a result, over the previous eight years, the national debt doubled — doubled. In January, the deficit stood at $1.3 trillion. And we had to make the difficult decision to add to the deficit in the short term to prevent the potential collapse of our economy.
But as I’ve said, in the long run, we can’t continue to spend as if deficits don’t have consequences; as if waste doesn’t matter; as if the hard-earned tax dollars of the American people can be treated like Monopoly money. That’s what we’ve seen time and time again. Washington has been more concerned about the next election than the next generation. It’s put off hard choices in spending bill after spending bill, budget after bloated budget.

We thank God first for his providence and benefits, much as our first President did more than 220 years ago:
Whereas it is the duty of all Nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey His will, to be grateful for His benefits, and humbly to implore His protection and favor… – President George Washington, October 3, 1789
Braves-Gamecock will do his duty, as Cockstradamus and Foghorn Leghorn do theirs by first thanking God for sending his son, Jesus Christ to become flesh among us, so that we might become sons of God:

We thank God for the men and women of the Armed Forces of the United States for putting their lives on the line for us and for keeping us safe since last Thanksgiving Day;
We are truly thankful for the employment of nearly 90% of Americans and that the Fruited Plain is still so bountiful that the “poor” can still attain obesity status (Foghorn Leghorn is not passing on the gravy!);
I am especially thankful to be back in my adopted Atlanta hometown and Capitol of Dixie where the Ramblin’ Wreck from Georgia Tech are hecks of engineers whose Yellow Jackets have stung 10 of 11 opponents en route to the ACC Championship Game after facing Them Dawgs from Athens;
Also thankful for my Wofford and USC Law School alma maters are mainly academic schools (can’t you tell?) after woeful football seasons, but we relish the Terrier basketball victory the Georgia Bulldogs and hope for a University of South Carolina Fighting Gamecocks chickin’ lickin’ over Clemson’s Tigers at Williams-Brice in Columbia this Saturday;

Foghorn Leghorn is especially thankful for the power of Talk Radio, and most especially El Rushbo, for cutting through the fog of the Drive-by Media and ObamaDems on the:
Non-stimulus, government growthulus bill that has helped to reduce the credibility of the ObamaDems so much that they have been unable to push through socialized medicine…yet;
Socialist-manned, enemy of capitalism, government grant-driven hoax and fraud of man-made global warming/climate change that has, so far, prevented the Senate form passing the huge tax assault on the poor and middle class called Cap-and-Trade; and
Ken-doll image of Barack Hussein Obama to reveal to more and more Independents the visage of Hate-America Church Rev Wright and Terrorist Bill Ayers;
Cockstradamus is especially thankful for all the Taliban, al Qaeda and other terrorists our armed forces in Iraq, and especially Afghanistan this hour, that our military has killed as it appears the Commander-in-Chief wants to “finish the job” there and not “have to hand it” off to a successor.

Cockstradamus (pictured left) is advised by former Democrat, DeVine Law (pictured below), that when liberal Democrats since 1963 speak of wanting to finish (not win) wars, they intend to lose them. They think that if you pull troops out, then you hand over nothing to your successor. Like when President George W. Bush was handed off no recession (that his tax cuts fixed btw, but I digress) or terrorism problem in 2000?

But we can all be thankful that, since we don’t expect an Obama “exit strategy” (again, this is liberal Democrat-speak for lose the war) to be for more than three years, it appears that President Obama expects to be sitting during the 2013 Inaugural.
We are thankful for the manifest, irrefutable evidence of the maturity of the American people on the issue of race last Inauguration Day, but are even more thankful that John McCain won’t have to suffer the rigors of running another martyrdom lose the Presidency campaign while looking the other way while his employees defame a fine conservative woman in 2012.
Thanks must be given for the likelihood of the re-education of Americans as to the dangers of repeating failed liberal democrat economic policies given the depths of this Great Recession. It is best that reality muggings take place earlier for da yutes.
We must thank Almighty God for the wisdom of the founders of this Shining City on a Hill and for the Framers of its Constitution.
Thank you God.

Well…a picture is worth a thousand words…

I can’t believe how silly this planet has become.
Obviously some alien species is going to attack making us all food since most humans have the sense of a cow.

Michelle Malkin has a great piece up about wealth redistribution and tax-increment financing associated with the O·lympics done Chicago-style:
When I worked in Seattle covering corporate welfare and city government, I became strange bedfellows with a diverse alliance of libertarians on the right and Ralph Naderites on the left who oppose “public-private partnership” deals between developers and statist Democrat AND Republican politicians.
These “public-private partnership” scams inevitably involve tax-increment financing gimmickry to siphon off tax dollars to subsidize developers/builders/contractors who then reward politicians with big campaign donations. (See here for how it works.)
The Chicago Olympics bid involves TIFs at a massive level.
And voters oppose it at their own risk — including threat of violence against them by their own representatives!
Byron York reports Michelle Obama saying… It’s a ‘sacrifice’ to travel to Europe to pitch for the Olympics. But I’m doing it for the kids.

In her speech in Copenhagen today, First Lady Michelle Obama said her trip to Denmark, along with the travel of her “dear friend” and “chit-chat buddy” Oprah Winfrey, as well as tomorrow’s visit by President Obama, is a “sacrifice” on behalf of the children of Chicago and the United States. “As much of a sacrifice as people say this is for me or Oprah or the president to come for these few days,” the first lady told a crowd of people involved in the Chicago project, “so many of you in this room have been working for years to bring this bid home.”
“As first lady, as many of you know, I’ve made it a priority to bridge the gap between the White House and communities across D.C. and across the country,” Mrs. Obama continued. “I’ve spent much of my first nine months trying to open the doors to the White House to kids who might not otherwise see themselves having access to these institutions, because that’s where I came from – communities like that where kids never dreamed that they could set foot in the White House, let alone live there…And Barack and I made a point of doing the same thing when we lived in Chicago – making the concerns of kids in all sorts of communities our own.”
And JammieWearingFool thinks, and I agree these don’t look like members of the Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy?
Get a load of this lineup. If I were a betting man I’d say they sure look like a bunch of Obama supporters. Whatever the case, it appears they sure don’t want the O-lympics in Chicago for reasons known only to them, apparently.
Six people arrested Tuesday evening in a small protest of Chicago’s bid for the 2016 Games were charged with mob action Wednesday.
The five men and one woman interrupted crews that were attempting to hang an Olympic laurel from the Picasso statue in Daley Plaza by dragging the Olympic banner and tossing it into the “eternal flame,” authorities said.
Charged are 24-year-old brothers Jeremy Hammond and Jason Hammond of Glendale Heights, Brian Brown, 22, of Itasca; Jeremy Sorkin, 21, of Chicago; Johnathan Clark, 21, of Rocky Mountain, N.C.; and Anna Stafford, 20, of Wheatfield, Ind., said Tandra Simonton, a spokeswoman for the Cook County state’s attorney’s office.
